OECD urges carbon taxes: country-by-country comparison

The OECD's just-published Effective Carbon Prices synthesises a number of case studies in selected countries and sectors and finds clear differences in effective carbon prices:

• within a given sector, across the countries covered;
• across the different sectors, within each country;
• across the different instrument types, across all the countries covered
